How does the process work?You will receive a confirmation email shortly after booking your reading. On the day of your scheduled reading, please be ready 10 minutes early. If we are reading your cards by phone, we will simply call you when the session is ready. If you've chosen to use Zoom for chat-based divination, we'll send you a link to our private meeting room about an hour before the start time—that way, it should be easy to join us from wherever you may be.

How do I know if my mystics are qualified?Each mystic has been vetted by our team and has undergone additional training to ensure they are well-versed in the art of divination. Your mystic will be someone you can trust to be genuine and authentic in their work with you.

What is the difference between a psychic and a mystic?A psychic is someone who uses their intuition to connect with energy around them. A mystic uses divination tools in order to see into past, present, and future.

What is your cancellation policy?If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, it will be considered a “no show” and you will not be eligible for a refund. If there is an extenuating circumstance (illness, emergency) that prevents you from attending your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule.

What if I'm unhappy with my reading?We want you to leave feeling confident and empowered. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please let us know immediately so that we can make it right by offering a complimentary follow-up reading or a full refund.

How do I schedule a session?You can schedule a session by clicking here. Once you've selected your preferred date/time, filled out the brief form, and submitted payment you will be connected with a mystic within 24 hours. If there are no available appointments on the calendar, we will contact you as soon as possible.

How and when do I pay for my reading?Upon booking, you will be prompted to pay by credit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?We accept online appointments 2 days to 3 months in advance. If it is urgent, please let us know when booking.
